The functioning of the Association is regulated by the following principles:
a. representation and participation;
b. transparency in the conduct of the Association’s affairs;
c. effectivity in the execution of actions;
d. collectivity in the administration of capacities;
e. flexibility in the drafting and execution of actions and in the rendering of necessary adjustments so as to comply with the actions requirements.
